Turf is used in place of grass. A plastic climber and a slide are placed on top of the turf which feels compacted. Provider explains the turf was installed professionally. Licensor has asked to review the paperwork to see if the layers underneath the turf are shock absorbing and intended for falling on and for use under climbers. The slide and climber are placed within eachother's fall zones.
